Pret-A-Porter processes orders for shipping Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders received on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day.
Domestic shipping within Malaysia (East & West Malaysia) is shipped and dispatched from Kuala Lumpur via Pos Laju Malaysia.

You can track your order at Pos Laju Website. Grab your order number and put in the ‘Track your order’ number in the box on their Website. If you’ve got any questions, get in touch with us via email at email@example.com.
RETURN & REFUND
How do I return my order?
First, repack the item with all the tags still attached (unworn garments). Then, fill up the return form provided in your package. Finally, post it off! Make sure you get proof of postage and keep it safe!
What’s your returns policy?
If you need to return something, make sure all the tags are on, and the item is exactly as you received it. You need to get it back to us within 7 days from the date on your dispatch note. For those abroad, you’ve got 30 days from the date on your dispatch note. For hygiene reasons, sealed cosmetics are non-refundable.
Our customer service hours are weekdays from 10:00am to 6:00pm. Emails sent outside these hours will be replied in the morning of the next working day. Rest assured any enquiries will be answered.
